Debra Nicolosi, RN, BIE, CNHP, is a highly skilled and dedicated Natural Health Practitioner with a passion for empowering others through natural healing. With over two decades of experience in holistic health, she celebrates this year the **20th anniversary** of her thriving practice, Natural Allergy Solutions, in Riverdale, New Jersey.
Debra’s journey into natural health was born from her own challenging personal experience. It began with severe anaphylactic reactions to foods like walnuts and pineapple, followed by developing allergies to dairy in her 20s, environmental sensitivities to pollens, and later a debilitating gluten intolerance that interrupted her nursing career 35 years ago. Traditional medical approaches, including allergy shots that left her severely ill, provided little relief and inspired her to seek a better way.
Through her remarkable healing journey, Debra discovered the body’s innate ability to restore balance when given the right support. This transformative experience fueled her mission to help others avoid the frustration she once faced. Driven by compassion and a deep belief in natural solutions, she founded **Natural Allergy Solutions** to offer drug-free, needle-free approaches that address the root causes of allergies, sensitivities, digestive issues, and related conditions.
Today, Debra combines her conventional nursing background with advanced holistic techniques. She educates and supports clients in unlocking their body’s natural healing potential, helping them find lasting relief and renewed vitality.
